Job Description
Sunny Skies ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team as a Clinical Assessor. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who enjoys conducting assessments, developing treatment recommendations, and helping families access quality ABA services without the ongoing demands of direct case management. We are open to part-time and contract arrangements and offer flexible scheduling. Compensation $90-$110 per hour Based on experience Flexible scheduling Remote report writing opportunities Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical reports Determine medical necessity and recommended treatment hours Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience conducting ABA assessments and developing treatment plans Strong clinical writing and report-writing skills Experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage assessment timelines What We Offer Flexible schedule Competitive pay Administrative support Streamlined intake and authorization processes Collaborative and supportive clinical team Opportunity to focus on assessments without maintaining a large caseload At Sunny Skies ABA, we believe quality care starts with strong clinical foundations.
