We are seeking Master's level, licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) to join CFA in our amazingly rewarding In-Home Program. Our Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Services (IICAPS) Program serves clients in New London County in a hybrid role Monday-Friday, with no weekend or on-call hours and offers schedule flexibility as they are a combination of day and evening hours to best accommodate client's needs. In-Home Clinicians:

Delivers clinical treatment to clients and their families, collaborating with other providers and community partners on client care (including schools, probation, psychiatry, etc.) Maintains clinical documentation in accordance to licensing, accreditation and program requirements Participates in weekly reflective individual and team supervision Meets weekly billable expectations defined by CFA Assists clients in obtaining community resources and prosocial activities Collaborates with the rest of the team regarding case management needs and followthrough with appropriate action steps Ensures that all paperwork is completed on time and accurately

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible (LMSW, LPCA, LMFTA) Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to accommodate a combination of day and evening hours Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and experience working with an Electronic Health Record system Ability to work successfully independently and collaboratively in a team environment Child and Family Agency offers a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes: 3 weeks paid vacation time 12 sick days 12 paid holidays 5 personal days Medical and Dental Insurance 403(b) 403(b) matching Salary range: $64,000-$69,000 depending on licensure.
