This is a flexible, PRN (as-needed) role ideal for licensed professionals seeking supplemental income with minimal hours. The position focuses on service plan oversight and clinical guidance, not hands-on caregiving. Key Responsibilities Review and approve service delivery plans Provide clinical oversight and ensure compliance with DHS standards Support person-centered service planning Complete assessments or updates as needed Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) (preferred) Licensed Social Worker (LSW, LGSW, LICSW) Mental Health Professional Human Services Professional (meeting DHS qualifications) Position Details PRN / As-Needed Basis Flexible Scheduling Minimal Hours Required Ideal for side income Compensation structured per client/service plan Location Twin Cities area preferred
