Company description: CareSift was founded by health care professionals in order to support seniors needing long term care. Our model is simple, to provide the best service for seniors seeking all levels of care.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should have a background in healthcare (preferably 2 years), and a passion for helping seniors. Looking for individuals with experience in home care, hospice, real estate, sales and marketing, and a desire to work in healthcare. A degree is not required. The candidate must have a strong independent work ethic and self-management skills. The candidate must be reliable and a self-starter, extremely motivated, and detail oriented. The candidate must have great communication skills and the ability to work at a fast pace, and work under pressure at times. The candidate must have a reliable mode of transportation, mobile device and computer. You must be willing to drive to Honolulu every day. You must be willing to work Monday through Friday between 9am to 4pm. Looking for individuals that are driven and want to work with clients. There is potential for growth within the organization. Job description (Intake Coordinator): This position requires meeting with various professionals throughout Oahu and gathering information on seniors needing long-term care. This position also requires visiting several facilities per day and building relationships within each facility, to help educate them about CareSift services. This position also requires meeting with patients/clients needing our help while visiting these facilities. To ensure the success of CareSift and the well-being of our clients, we will provide you with the tools and training to maximize your potential and achieve referral and revenue targets. Benefits:
Flexible schedule however the ideal candidate can work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. You must be willing to drive to Honolulu every day.
