Modern office setting Growth opportunities We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, scheduling appointments, and providing information about treatment options. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for helping others. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients. Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals. Answer incoming calls Assist in patient schedulng and rescheduling needs Works with patients who use community trasnportsion services Schedule interpreters for all patients with translation needs Coordinate appointments to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic and treatment services

$23.06 - $31.61 per hour
