Job Description

Smith Dental Care is hiring for Front Desk at our Anderson location. We are a dental practice that is open 6 days a week. Our full-time employees enjoy a schedule of 3 days per week, 12 hour shifts with 4 days off. One weekend day required. Smith Dental Care is a company that prides itself on excellent customer service. csmithdental.com Duties you will learn to do: Collecting payments Scheduling follow-up appointments Conduct reminder calls to patients Various other front desk duties Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment. Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork. Assist patient with financial arrangements. Coordinate patient referrals Prepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment when needed. Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals. Maintain dental supplies and inventory; stock supplies in operatories, restrooms, lab, etc. As needed. Direct where the Assistants, Dentists, and Hygienists need to go next to help maintain flow of the office.
