  • Full-time About Tollison Orthodontics We are a small, family-operated orthodontic practice in the heart of Greenville, led by an ABO Board-Certified orthodontist.
We believe that orthodontics is about more than just straight teeth—it's about functional development and building lifelong relationships with our patients. We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about people and eager to be the "face" of our excellence. The Role As our TC, you are the bridge between a patient's first visit and their transformation. You will guide families through the consultation process, explain the "why" behind our clinical approach (including our focus on 3D technology), and manage the financial and administrative steps to starting treatment.
What You'll Do:
Lead new patient consultations with a focus on education and hospitality. Translate complex clinical concepts—like Class 2 functional appliances—into clear, parent-friendly language. Present and negotiate financial contracts and insurance benefits with confidence and empathy. Manage lead follow-ups and maintain our "small-office" high-touch communication style. Collaborate with the doctor to ensure a seamless digital workflow (3D scans/xrays).
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous orthodontic clinical experience or dental treatment coordination is required.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and technological skills. You should be able to make every patient feel like the most important person in the office.
Curiosity:
A genuine interest in the science of orthodontics and a willingness to learn our specific clinical philosophies.
Tech-Savvy:
