Mid-State Oral Surgery is a fast-paced, multi-location practice with multiple providers dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We pride ourselves on efficiency, professionalism, and creating a supportive, team-oriented environment across all of our offices.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand procedures, financial options, and scheduling while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits and provide accurate cost estimates Discuss financial arrangements and available payment options Coordinate scheduling for surgical procedures Maintain clear communication with clinical and front office teams Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm, welcoming demeanor
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical, dental, or oral surgery office (preferred) Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset Proficiency with software systems is a plus

Additional Information:
This position supports a high-volume practice with multiple providers and locations. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs are essential for success in this role.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
