We are seeking a highly organized, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is essential in guiding patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they understand procedures, financial options, and scheduling while delivering an outstanding patient experience.Key Responsibilities:
Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits and provide accurate cost estimates Discuss financial arrangements and available payment options Coordinate scheduling for surgical procedures Maintain clear communication with clinical and front office teams Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a warm, welcoming demeanorQualifications:
Previous experience in a medical, dental, or oral surgery office (preferred) Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment planning (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset Proficiency with software systems is a plusWhat We're Looking For:
