We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication skills, dental knowledge, and a passion for helping patients feel confident about their treatment and care. Schedule (days/hours) M-F 8-5 Responsibilities Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care Support front office operations and patient flow Build strong relationships with patients and create a positive experience Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless care Qualifications Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required Experience with insurance verification and breakdowns Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation $21-$24/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
