Full Job Description Overview:

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is looking for an experienced and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team in Allen, TX! We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication skills, dental knowledge, and a passion for helping patients feel confident about their treatment and care. Schedule (days/hours): M-F 8-5

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and financial options to patients Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-up care Support front office operations and patient flow Build strong relationships with patients and create a positive experience Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to ensure seamless care

Qualifications:

Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required Experience with insurance verification and breakdowns Strong understanding of dental terminology and treatment planning Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

$21-$24/hour
