As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment plans, financial options, and overall dental experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Schedule (days/hours) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Responsibilities Welcome and support patients throughout their dental visit Present and explain treatment plans in a clear and compassionate manner Review insurance benefits and financial arrangements with patients Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care Answer phones and assist patients with questions Help create a positive and comfortable patient experience Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth office flow Qualifications Bilingual Prior dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable discussing financial information and treatment plans Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
