This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment plans and creating a welcoming, supportive experience from start to finish. Schedule (days/hours) 4 days Responsibilities Guide patients through treatment plans, financial options, and scheduling Build strong relationships with patients to ensure comfort and trust Coordinate appointments and follow up on pending treatments Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience Handle administrative tasks related to patient care and case acceptance Qualifications Dental experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
