Responsibilities include:

Coordinating client intake, scheduling, and caregiver assignments Supporting service planning and ongoing client care oversight Communicating with clients, families, and caregivers Assisting with staffing coverage and schedule updates Monitoring service quality and client satisfaction Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records Supporting caregivers through communication and supervision

Qualifications:

2+ years of healthcare, senior care, or home care experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Supervisory or scheduling experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
