Advanced Family Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Bedford, TX! We are seeking a Treatment Coordinator to join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.Schedule :

Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies Establishing trusting relationship with new patients Tracking pending and incomplete treatments Brief patients on treatment plans and practice's policies Presenting treatment plans Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services Appointment scheduling Requesting records Patient follow ups Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insuranceQualifications:
High school diploma 2 or more years dental front office experience Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with a teamEqual Employment Opportunity:
