Key Responsibilities :
Staffing Coordination
  • Assign and schedule qualified caregivers to clients based on their needs and preferences. Client Support
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and families. Recruitment Support
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding caregivers to maintain a strong caregiver team. Problem Solving
  • Address last minute staffing changes, caregiver callouts and client requests quickly and efficiently. Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with the office team, caregivers, and clients to ensure FIVE star service. Marketing Support
  • Work with the office team to engage with the community to share our mission of providing in-home care to veterans and seniors.

Qualifications:
Experience in home care, healthcare, or staffing coordination preferred. (not required) Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Office hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm Proficiency in quickly learning scheduling software and caregiver phone apps. Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations. Ability to deliver a compassionate and client focused approach to hiring, scheduling, and marketing for in-home care. Background and reference checks required. Conditional 90-day probationary period.
