Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, and motivated Full-Time Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who values communication, integrity, and building strong relationships with patients and staff alike.
Responsibilities Include:
Insurance Verification & Eligibility Billing & Claims Patient Communication Administrative Duties Coordination & Support Ethics and Law Compliance Requirements:
Education & Experience High school diploma or GED (required). Associate's degree or certification in medical or dental administration (preferred but not required). 1-3 years of experience in a dental office, especially in insurance or billing roles. Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and CDT codes. Technical Skills Comfortable using computers, email, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Able to navigate and manage electronic claims systems and portals from insurance companies. Data entry accuracy and speed. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping. Ability to multi-task, manage time, and prioritize in a busy office setting. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualities:
Digital charting and software knowledge not a requirement Bilingual skills a plus Flexible schedule availability Positive energy and a can-do attitude
