Aesthetics Coordinator Confidential Houston, TX Job Details Full-time $26 - $29 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Interpersonal skills Medical records Attention to detail Relationship building Organizational skills Full Job Description Boutique aesthetics practice located in west Houston seeking an experienced, polished, and patient-focused Aesthetic Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between patients and providers throughout the aesthetic journey. This is not a traditional front desk role, instead requiring the ideal candidate to combine patient communication, scheduling, treatment education, and follow-up coordination to support the clinic provider while delivering an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, proactive, and comfortable discussing aesthetic procedures, skincare products, treatment plans, pricing, and office policies with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and established patients. Manage phone, text, email, and patient inquiries. Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments. Manage provider schedules, appointment flow, and waitlists. Coordinate appointment confirmations and reminders. Process patient payments and maintain accurate records within EMR. Strong understanding of aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and treatments. Support consultation preparation and treatment planning. Work closely with clinical providers to ensure continuity of care. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery or related specialty preferred Experience with EMR and patient management software preferred. Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and medical-grade skincare products. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
$26.00 - $29.00 per hour
