We're looking for a compassionate and organized Treatment Coordinator who loves building relationships and helping patients confidently move forward with their care. If you're passionate about patient education, exceptional service, and creating a seamless experience from consultation to treatment, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
Present treatment recommendations clearly and effectively, driving patient understanding, scheduling conversion, and high case acceptance. Explain insurance benefits and financial options to help patients make informed decisions. Coordinate appointments and keep treatment moving forward smoothly. Follow up on unscheduled treatment and support strong case acceptance. Work closely with the doctor and clinical team to create a seamless patient experience. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and team members. Who We're Looking For You may be the perfect fit if you have: Experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Coordinator Experience in healthcare sales, aesthetics, medical practices, vision care, orthodontics, or another patient-focused healthcare environment. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for helping people.
Bonus Points If You Have:
A proven track record of high case acceptance or helping clients confidently move forward with recommended services. Experience discussing financing or payment options. Experience exceeding performance goals while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. No Dental Experience? That's Okay! Some of our best team members have come from outside of dentistry. If you have a background in sales, customer service, patient consulting, or another people-focused role and enjoy building trust and helping others, we encourage you to apply. Thursday:
8:00 AM•5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM•3:00 PM First two Saturdays of the month: 9:00 AM•2:00 PM Candidates should be available to work within this schedule , including occasional Saturdays.
