You're the bridge between diagnosis and decision—the person who helps patients understand their options, feel confident, and move forward with care. We're looking for a growth-minded, coachable, and driven individual who wants to learn, improve, and grow into a future leadership role. Prior dental or sales experience is helpful—but not required . What matters most is your mindset, work ethic, and willingness to grow. Flexible Compensation Options (Choose the Path That Fits You) We offer two compensation structures , based on your experience, goals, and comfort with performance-based pay: Option 1: $20/hour base pay plus uncapped commission Ideal for driven individuals who want upside and are motivated by performance. Schedule Monday-Thursday:
6:30 AM - 4:00
PM Friday:
6:30 AM - 1:00 PM No nights. No weekends. Some days may run later depending on patient needs. Location Hamblin Family Dentistry 11510 Katy Fwy Houston, TX 77043 (Applicants must reliably commute or plan to relocate prior to starting.)
