Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Patient Relationship Coordinator to serve as the face of our practice. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating exceptional patient experiences, building lasting relationships, and helping our office operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. You enjoy helping people, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively with a team dedicated to excellence. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients warmly and create a positive first impression from the moment they arrive. Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments efficiently while helping maintain a productive doctor and hygiene schedule. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients regarding treatment, recalls, and outstanding needs. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their treatment recommendations and financial options. Present treatment plans and help patients feel comfortable moving forward with recommended care. Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, hygienists, and team members. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Assist in creating a smooth, organized, and stress-free patient experience from check-in through check-out. Contribute to a positive team culture and support the continued growth of the practice. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish. Previous experience in dental office administration. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfortable discussing finances, treatment plans, and insurance benefits with patients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn practice management software. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
