EXPERIENCED DENTAL OFFICE

Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about patient care, organized, and ready to help lead a thriving dental office!

Please note:

This is not an entry-level position. A minimum of 1 year of Dental Office treatment plan coordination experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing:

Confidently present treatment plans to patients Discuss financial options and assist with next steps Ensure smooth day-to-day office flow and patient scheduling Help increase case acceptance and complete follow-up calls Manage and update patient records and necessary documentation Be a warm, professional, and dependable point of contact Work closely with front and clinical staff to maintain efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of dental office experience (treatment coordinator ) Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Experience with dental software (required) High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
