Educate patients about orthodontic treatment options, procedures, and expected outcomes using clear, detailed explanations. Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and treatment schedules efficiently to maintain smooth clinic operations. Assist in collecting and verifying patient medical histories, insurance information, and necessary documentation with transparency and accuracy. Communicate treatment plans, make financial arrangements, and treatment care instructions clearly to ensure patient's understand this is where they want to be. Maintain organized administrative support by updating our observation program and managing correspondence. Qualifications Previous experience in an orthodontic office is necessary. Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and appliances is important. Experience with Orthotrac is a plus! An understanding of orthodontic treatment processes is important. Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise between patients, clinical staff, and insurance providers. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for helping others achieve their health and aesthetic goals.
