Front Desk Assistant

Full time position available for the most successful outpatient physical therapy provider in Southeast Texas. Positions Port Arthur.

Office hours are 8:00-5:00 M-Thursday and 8-12:00 on Friday. This employee will need to arrive about 7:45am to get the office open and ready for patient care. Duties include scanning, copying, making patient charts, answering phones, routing calls, making patient phone calls, assisting with checking patients in, data entry, greeting and scheduling patients, collecting copays, pulling patient charts, issuing patient paperwork, and reviewing patient charts for limitations. Applicant must multitask well. This is a fast paced position, and applicant must be able to handle the fast paced daily tasks.
