monday-friday Pay rate: $20/hour We are seeking a dependable patient specialist to join our team in Richardson, TX. This role is ideal for someone with clinical experience who enjoys working directly with patients and supporting clinical and research operations.

Responsibilities include:

checking in patients in a professional and friendly manner rooming patients and assisting with basic clinical workflows assisting the research coordinator with study-related activities entering and updating patient information accurately in the system ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the day maintaining patient confidentiality and following hipaa guidelines Qualifications include: prior clinical or healthcare experience strong communication and interpersonal skills experience with electronic medical records or data entry systems attention to detail and ability to multitask reliable, punctual, and team-oriented This position offers: $20/hour pay rate full-time hours Benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K) consistent monday-friday schedule no weekends opportunity to gain experience in patient care and clinical research If you are interested in this position, please apply today!
