Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our Round Rock team! Responsibilities:

Present and explain treatment plans to patients Review insurance benefits, financial arrangements, and payment options Help drive case acceptance through strong communication and patient education Coordinate scheduling to maximize office efficiency and patient flow Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and consultations Build strong relationships with patients to create a positive experience Work collaboratively with doctors and front office teams

Qualifications:

1 year treatment coordinating experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
