Due to growth, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients are moving forward with care and getting healthy. This is not a front desk administrative position. Direct experience in gaining dental case acceptance through patient education and overcoming objections is required. What you'll do as a

Treatment Coordinator:

Schedule patients effectively and be responsible for maintaining a full, productive schedule that maximizes patient care. Scheduling optimization will be for active as well as inactive patients Verify insurance benefits and provide clear explanations of coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and payment options Present treatment plans to patients to help them understand the importance of their oral health Ensure treatment plans are accurate in the system Manage a productive schedule and schedule future appointments Coordinate with labs to ensure case completion prior to patient appointments Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient by being friendly helpful at all times Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient receives outstanding care What you'll bring: Minimum of 2 years experience presenting treatment plans to patients along with knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Proficiency with dental practice management software Ability to present treatment plans with empathy, confidence and professionalism Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-starter that takes initiative when something needs to be completed Stable work history demonstrated on your resume
