Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities Act as Primary liaison between the Doctor and the patient Present treatment plans, timeline, and financial costs to patient/parents Manage assistants and patient flow Oversea staff uniforms and office cleanliness Assist with onboarding and discharge of orthodontic assistants Oversee marketing, advertising, public relations, and dental office relations Track and maintain case acceptance statistics Work with Office Manager and Financial Manager to ensure insurance claims are submitted accurately and timely . Handle insurance questions and patient insurance coordination Ensure referrals from the website and outside sources are properly received and followed up on. Skills Excellent communication and people skills. Strong organizational and mulitasking abilities Positive attitude and team- player mentality Professional appearance and demeanor Experience in orthodontics or dental treatment coordination preferred Insurance knowledge is a plus
