We schedule, coordinate and deliver general anesthesia into physician offices across 12 states. About the Care Coordinator Role We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Care Coordinator to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in coordinating patient care, managing complex provider schedules, and creating a seamless experience for patients, offices, and anesthesia providers alike. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships quickly, and can confidently guide conversations toward the most effective scheduling outcomes for all parties involved. Success in this role requires a balance of empathy, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in real time. As a Care Coordinator, you will oversee scheduling logistics across multiple locations while coordinating communication between patients, dental offices, and anesthesia providers. You will help optimize schedules, navigate changing priorities, and ensure that each case is handled with accuracy, efficiency, and urgency.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating patient scheduling across multiple providers and locations Communicating with patients, offices, and anesthesia providers to align schedules and expectations Managing schedule changes and solving conflicts proactively Helping offices maximize schedule efficiency and patient flow Maintaining accurate patient and scheduling information Delivering a high-touch, service-oriented experience to all stakeholders The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, persuasive in communication, and passionate about creating an exceptional coordination experience in a healthcare setting. Skills and Experience Working as an office manager, surgery scheduler, or treatment coordinator at either a dental office, hospital, or ambulatory surgery center is required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and team members. Proficiency in hierarchical scheduling and understanding of health information management. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Why Join Us?
