What We're Looking For Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual with experience in a dental office? We're seeking a Schedule Coordinator to join our Smile Makers team. As a key leader in our practice, you'll help us deliver top-notch patient care while supporting a positive, team-oriented environment. •Must have experience in a Dental Office•
Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction :
Maintain a professional, warm demeanor in all interactions—whether over the phone, in person, or via digital platforms.
Scheduling:
Schedule patients efficiently while prioritizing patient convenience and supporting daily production and scheduling goals.
Treatment Plan Presentation :
Present treatment plans effectively, ensuring patients understand their options and financial responsibilities.
Financial Coordination :
Confidently discuss and collect patient portions, assisting with financing options to ensure patient satisfaction.
Insurance Knowledge :
Understand ADA codes and insurance policies to assist in billing accuracy and claims processing.
Metrics & Goals :
Monitor and optimize scheduling efficiency, field cancellations, and maintain data accuracy to contribute to the practice's success. This Role is for You If… You have experience in a dental office and are knowledgeable about ADA codes, insurance processes, and financial discussions. You're driven by excellence in customer service and find fulfillment in helping patients understand and pursue their dental treatment plans. You're organized and proactive , handling multiple responsibilities without missing a beat. You thrive in a team environment where positivity, learning, and growth are core values. You're an effective communicator and comfortable discussing financial arrangements and treatment details with patients.
