• Full-time Smallwood Dental Solutions is looking for a full time Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our wonderful team!

If that sounds like your kind of place, we want to meet you. About the Role As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between patients and their personalized treatment plans. You will ensure every patient feels informed, valued, and empowered to make the best choices for their oral health. We are looking for someone to be available on a rotating schedule working Monday-Thursday one week and Tuesday-Friday the following week, with a half day on a non-patient day (Mon/Fri morning). Patient hours are from 8am

• 4pm.

Key Responsibilities Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Present recommended treatments clearly and compassionately Review financial options, answer questions, and assist patients with scheduling Coordinate treatment plans with clinical and administrative teams Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless patient communication.
