Clinical Assessor (BCBA)

  • We're serious about innovation and change, as evidenced by having our own diagnostic teams and sponsorship of the Autism Research Laboratory at Temple University What You'll Do Work with Admissions and clinicians to ensure that intakes are completed for prospective families/clients Conduct initial assessments using standardized tools such as Vineland, ABAS-2, MBA, VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFLS, ABLLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, MAS, QABF, FAST, etc.
Ensure the appropriate transition of cases after the initial assessment, including overlap meetings with families and the receiving team Provide a maximum of 3 initial assessments per week in home and clinical environments Conduct peer reviews with insurance companies for authorization of hours Train staff on conducting initial skills and adaptive assessments Requirements Requirements BCBA certification 3+ years of experience in the field supervising others Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record Benefits Special BCBA Benefits 21 paid days off (15 days of PTO, which increases with tenure, plus 6 holidays) Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance 401(k) program with generous employer match up to 6% Performance bonus potential About ABA Centers of Washington ABA Centers of Washington is a great place to work!
