Job Description
Are you looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? Normandy Park Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and hands-on Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) to join our team. In this role, you will provide leadership, mentorship, and support to our caregivers and medication technicians while ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will oversee day-to-day resident care operations, assist with resident assessments, service plans, and care conferences, and collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing to ensure residents' needs are consistently met. We are looking for a leader who enjoys building strong teams and creating a culture where both residents and staff can thrive. This position oversees staffing and scheduling for Memory Care and Assisted Living, ensuring resident needs are met through thoughtful workforce planning and daily operational support. The successful candidate fosters a culture of accountability, ownership, excellence, and fun by setting clear expectations, coaching team members, recognizing successes, and leading by example. This is not a desk job. We are seeking a leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and support the team wherever needed. Whether it's mentoring a new caregiver, assisting on the floor, covering a shift, or responding to an unexpected staffing challenge, you lead from the front with a positive attitude and a servant-leadership mindset. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving seniors, advocates for older adults, and is proactive, organized, self-motivated, and professional. Under your guidance, residents will experience dignity, purpose, engagement, and joy in their daily lives. At Normandy Park, we believe in providing opportunities for physical activity, social engagement, intellectual stimulation, spiritual involvement, and fun. We treat our residents and team members with kindness and respect, and strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
