Youth WISe Care Coordinator (Community-Based) Centralia, WA (Lewis County) | Full-Time $22.67-$31.20/hr ($47K-$64K) Want a Job Where You Actually Make a Difference? Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) as a WISe Care Coordinator , supporting adults in the community as they build stability, independence, and a better quality of life. This is hands-on, real-world impact work—no two days are the same. Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field Experience in behavioral health or criminal justice settings Why Lewis County?
