Job responsibilities include welcoming clients in person and over the phone, managing new referrals and ensuring timely follow-up, providing guidance on insurance processes, maintaining organized referral and scheduling systems, and attending weekly Wednesday afternoon team meetings to stay connected with staff and clinicians. Experience:

Previous experience working in a medical office setting is required Previous experience working in mental health is preferred
