Role:
Inspired Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in Renton, WA. We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional with a minimum of 3 years of dental treatment coordinating experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and service. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting treatment plans, discussing financial arrangements, coordinating patient scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, helping patients confidently move forward with their recommended care, and communicating with our third-party billing company to assist with account and insurance-related matters.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize workflow. Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and financial options. Assist with insurance verification and processing claims accurately. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care. Handle patient inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly. Participate in team meetings and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinating experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment presentation, and financial arrangements Experience with Dentrix preferred Ability to communicate effectively with patients, insurance companies, and third-party billing partners Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday and Saturdays (3 Saturdays per month; on non-Saturday weeks, schedule is Monday-Thursday)
