Requirements Summary:
The Financial Treatment Coordinator supports dental care delivery by preparing daily scheduling, phone & text system, patient greeting, treatment summary and financial arrangements, contracts, insurance billing, and money collections. Prior front office administrative experience, customer service, insurance billing, and money collection are a big plus but we are willing to train if you are ready and eager to learn. Pay rate depends on experience.
Schedule:
Monday- Wednesday 9-5 with additional Thursday and/or Friday administrative days.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily scheduling, phone/text system Patient greeting, treatment summary and financial arrangement, signing contracts; Insurance billing and money collections; Other miscellaneous front desk functions. Education and/or
Experience:
Previous experience in dental practice or professional offices are strongly preferred. Past experience in customer service is a plus! We are willing to train the right individual further.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have great knowledge of computers, and the internet, email etc. Practice-specific software will be learned on-the-job.
