Referral Coordinator you will have the opportunity to develop relationships with team members in the office and most importantly with our patients.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Familiarity working with insurance companies and verifying insurance plans Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

Providing administrative support and ensuring excellent patient service Verifying insurance benefits, state insurance & private insurance Submit Pre Authorizations, state insurance & private insurance Calling patients that have been referred and setting up appointments in a timely manner Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments Collect and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality Provide general administrative support to the healthcare team We offer fantastic Medical, Vision and Dental benefits, PTO and flexible schedule.
