We're seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to help veterans in the Northeastern Washington/North Idaho area live independently through self-directed in-home care.
What You'll Do:
- Support veterans in assessing needs and managing care plans.
- Guide veterans in budgeting for their care.
- Partner with the VA to ensure quality and compliance.
- Visit veterans in their homes throughout the Northeastern Washington/North Idaho region.
- Keep clear, accurate records using Microsoft Office and other systems as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in care coordination, independent living services, or VA programs (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other systems.
- Reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Veterans and those familiar with veteran services strongly encouraged to apply.
