We're seeking a Personal Care Coordinator to help veterans in the Northeastern Washington/North Idaho area live independently through self-directed in-home care.
What You'll Do:
  • Support veterans in assessing needs and managing care plans.
  • Guide veterans in budgeting for their care.
  • Partner with the VA to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Visit veterans in their homes throughout the Northeastern Washington/North Idaho region.
  • Keep clear, accurate records using Microsoft Office and other systems as needed.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in care coordination, independent living services, or VA programs (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other systems.
  • Reliable transportation for regional travel.
  • Veterans and those familiar with veteran services strongly encouraged to apply.
