Full-Time Orthodontic Treatment Planner Location:

Sumner, WA Pay:

$25-$27 per hour

Schedule:

Four days per week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00

PM Your Day-to-Day As Our Orthodontic Treatment Planner:

Coordinate treatment plans and ensure clear communication between patients and orthodontists Schedule appointments and follow-up visits to keep patient flow smooth Educate patients about treatment options and explain procedures Discuss financial responsibilities so patients feel informed and confident Maintain accurate records and assist with insurance verification and billing

Ideal Candidate:

High School Diploma 2+ years of experience in a dental office Organized and detail-oriented Outgoing and passionate about helping others Excellent communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Team player who thrives on collaboration Are you the Orthodontic Treatment Planner we've been looking for?
