An Asset Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, tracking and documentation of all aspects of equipment asset management. This position must have strong attention to detail, particularly when documenting, showcasing a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Validate funds transfer instructions with vendors. Communicate transaction status with Finance department, Shops, Divisions, etc. as needed Generate and maintain asset numbers; communicate to appropriate parties Establish and maintain all record keeping processes as assigned Oversee internal invoice billing and tracking/management of payment status Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent, 2-4 years of vendor/relationship management experience, or an equivalent combination Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (advanced Excel skills) Customer service experience AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability https://www.michels.us/website-user-privacy-policy/
