Care Coordinator ( home care)

Care Coordinator We're not looking for someone to simply fill a role—we're looking for someone who wants to grow, build relationships, and help us build the best caregiving team in the area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings energy, heart, and organization to everything they do. As a Care Coordinator, you'll play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and supporting our caregivers while helping create an exceptional experience for both caregivers and clients.

In This Role, You Will:

Recruit, interview, onboard, and train caregivers Coordinate schedules and staffing needs Build strong relationships with caregivers and support their success Lead caregiver engagement and retention efforts Help create a positive, high-performing team culture Be a trusted resource for both caregivers and clients
