You will:

Oversee daily care operations within Assisted Living Lead, coach, and support caregiving staff Manage staff scheduling and coverage (including 2nd shift & NOC needs) Ensure quality care delivery and compliance with state regulations Partner closely with the Health & Wellness Director (HWD) Monitor resident care plans and ensure proper implementation Assist with training, mentoring, and performance management Step in as needed to support floor operations and resident care Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate care staff performance and accountability Maintain appropriate staffing levels and scheduling efficiency Ensure documentation accuracy and care plan compliance Promote a culture aligned with Charter's mission and core values Act as a resource and leader for all caregiving team members Support continuity of care across shifts , including evenings and overnight coverage What We're Looking For ✔ Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care ✔ Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred ✔ Strong organizational and scheduling skills ✔ Ability to lead teams while maintaining hands-on support ✔ Passion for senior care and resident experience ✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Flexibility to support 2nd shift and NOC operations Our Core Values in Action We don't just post them—we live them: Serve with Heart
