Advanced Orthodontics in Wisconsin is looking to hire a brand-new orthodontic treatment coordinator! We are a private practice with three beautiful locations in Madison, Waunakee, and Dodgeville. Knowledge and value of orthodontics is necessary as well as exceptional people skills. Our ideal candidate would have prior orthodontic clinical experience, such as orthodontic assistant or current treatment coordinator, plus a personality that wows us and our valued patients. Estimated Starting Pay Scale:
$19-26/hr. but negotiable and flexible based on experience.

(Full-time - Must be able to work all location and hours listed below.) Monday 8am-5pm (Madison) Tuesday 8am-5pm (Waunakee) Wednesday 8am-5pm (Dodgeville) Thursday 8am-5pm (Madison) Friday 8am-12pm (Madison)
Summary of Position:
Responsible for the transition of new patients into practice, communication with patients and parents before, during and after treatment. Follow up on patients in pending and recall observation. Must have the ability to collaborate cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, and cooperation.
Required Experience:
Prior orthodontic clinical experience or direct orthodontic treatment planning required, as this person must be able to answer clinical questions and guide new patients with treatment options.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Interpersonal:
Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, parents, Practice Manager, Doctor, other staff members and community.
Writing Skills :
Legible handwriting and keyboarding skills.
Verbal Skills :
Effective English verbal skills to communicate with patients and parents. Teaching ability to convey material necessary for collaborating with patients of all ages and for patient education. Spanish speaking a bonus but not required.
