In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors Explain treatment options clearly, answering questions to help patients make informed decisions Coordinate appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up visits with precision and care Verify insurance benefits, process payments, and handle financial arrangements with transparency Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless communication regarding patient treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records, update medical histories, and document treatment details diligently Assist in managing patient flow and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols Experience Prior experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures Proven ability to provide excellent administrative support within a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dental office operations and patient management systems is advantageous Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between patients and the dental team This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the healthcare field.
