The successful candidate will provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care, focusing on diagnosing, treating, and preventing spinal and joint disorders. This role involves delivering evidence-based chiropractic treatments, managing acute and chronic pain, and supporting patients' overall well-being through personalized care plans. The ideal applicant will possess a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with a commitment to enhancing patient health through precise assessments and effective therapies. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical assessments and examinations, to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing chiropractic techniques such as trigger point therapy, physical therapy modalities, and manual adjustments. Manage acute pain conditions through targeted interventions and evidence-based pain management strategies. Perform comprehensive physical examinations and utilize medical imaging when necessary to support accurate diagnoses. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment protocols to optimize outcomes and facilitate rehabilitation. Maintain detailed electronic medical records (EMR/EHR), documenting assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for occupational health cases or complex medical conditions. Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, physiology, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health. Stay current with advancements in chiropractic techniques, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis standards. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold high standards of patient care and safety. Experience Proven experience as a licensed Chiropractor with a strong background in musculoskeletal diagnostics and physical examinations. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and medical imaging techniques relevant to chiropractic practice. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and patient management. Experience managing diverse cases including acute pain management, occupational health issues, and primary care scenarios. Skilled in various chiropractic techniques such as trigger point therapy, physical assessments, and evidence-based practices. Understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes combined with effective patient assessment skills. Prior experience in developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Strong communication skills for explaining complex medical concepts clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds.
