  • Full-time About Cadence Cadence Chiropractic is a pediatric and prenatal-focused, neurologically-driven practice in Pelham, AL. We work with families across Birmingham and the surrounding area, with a generous portion of neurodivergent and special-needs children

We're the docs that get invited to birthday parties, weddings, and do real life with our community. The Role We're hiring a full-time associate chiropractor to step into an established, well-staffed practice and become a trusted provider for our families. You'll deliver adjustments using Webster, Thompson Drop, Integrator, Activator, and other techniques, build personalized care plans, and educate parents in ways that make complex care understandable. You'll carry a shared, inherited patient load of roughly 150-200 visits per week, you're not building from scratch; you're stepping into real momentum from day one. This is a role for a chiropractor who wants to be a present, leading provider in the office without the headache of running a business. You focus on patient care and clinical excellence. We handle the operations, billing, marketing and staffing. Schedule 4 days per week
  • Seven 3-hour adjusting shifts, one Tuesday morning meeting/training block
  • Closed Fridays and Tuesday mornings for patient care.

  • especially anxious ones Curiosity to dig deeper when a case needs more than the obvious answer A team-oriented mindset that extends to community events, team gatherings, and showing up for the families we serve Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited college Licensed or license-eligible in Alabama In-office/clinic adjusting experience Interest or experience in pediatric and family care High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills Preferred (not required): PX Pediatric or similar continuing education Insight scanning technology familiarity Webster Certification or ICPA membership Compensation & Benefits $65,000•80,000 per year, based on experience Performance bonuses 4-day work week Paid time off and holidays Continuing education stipend Malpractice insurance and ICPA membership Professional development support Structured mentorship with Dr.
