$80,000 + 6-Month and 12-Month Performance Bonuses If you are in Birmingham or Atlanta, we are closer than you think and the cost of living is MUCH better Join a Growing, Patient-Centered Injury Recovery Team We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Doctor of Chiropractic to join our expanding practice in Phenix City, Alabama. This position is designed for a chiropractor who enjoys working in a collaborative environment focused on injury recovery, rehabilitation, and exceptional patient outcomes. This is a structured limited-role position that combines chiropractic care, rehabilitation oversight, manual therapy, and clinical support responsibilities. The provider will work closely with treating physicians and senior clinical staff while developing mastery of our proven rehabilitation and patient management systems. Following successful completion of a minimum six-month development period, providers demonstrating excellence in patient care, documentation, rehabilitation management, and clinical leadership may become eligible to apply for advancement into a full Treating Chiropractor position. Primary Responsibilities Chiropractic Patient Care Perform chiropractic examinations and re-examinations as directed. Deliver chiropractic adjustments and spinal manipulation therapies consistent with clinic protocols. Evaluate patient progress and communicate findings to the treating provider team. Participate in patient case reviews and treatment planning discussions. Educate patients regarding their conditions, treatment goals, and recovery expectations. Radiographic Analysis Review and analyze digital radiographs. Identify biomechanical abnormalities, postural distortions, degenerative changes, and traumatic findings. Assist in documenting radiographic findings and communicating results to providers. Collaborate with the clinical team regarding imaging findings and treatment recommendations. Active Rehabilitation Leadership Oversee and direct individualized rehabilitation programs. Guide patients through therapeutic exercise protocols designed to improve mobility, stability, strength, and functional performance. Perform neuromuscular re-education and movement correction strategies. Monitor patient progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as appropriate. Manual Therapy Perform hands-on therapies including: Soft tissue mobilization Myofascial release Trigger point therapy Instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques Stretching and mobility interventions Support comprehensive treatment plans through evidence-based manual therapy procedures. Clinical Documentation Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant EMR documentation. Document objective findings, treatment procedures, patient responses, and rehabilitation progress. Assist with outcome assessments and re-evaluations. Team Collaboration Work alongside chiropractors, medical providers, rehabilitation specialists, and support staff. Participate in daily team meetings and case discussions. Help maintain efficient patient flow within a fast-paced clinical environment. Contribute to a positive, patient-focused culture dedicated to clinical excellence. Qualifications Required Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college. Active Alabama Chiropractic License or ability to obtain licensure before employment. Strong diagnostic and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting. Team-oriented mindset and commitment to professional growth. Preferred Experience with personal injury patients. Experience reviewing and interpreting spinal radiographs. Experience with active rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs. Experience performing manual therapy techniques. Familiarity with multidisciplinary healthcare environments. Advancement Pathway This position serves as a professional development track for future treating providers. After a minimum of six months, providers may be considered for advancement based on demonstrated proficiency in: Chiropractic adjusting skills Clinical decision making Radiographic interpretation Rehabilitation program management Documentation quality Patient communication Team leadership Clinical productivity Advancement opportunities include expanded clinical authority, increased compensation, and leadership responsibilities.
