The Opportunity This is not a "sit and adjust" role. We are looking for a driven, coachable, results-focused doctor who wants to: Help a high volume of patients Improve conversion and retention Be part of scaling a clinic Be rewarded directly for performance What We're Looking For Licensed Chiropractor (Arizona)

• New grads welcome if highly motivated High-energy, positive, and outgoing personality Strong communicator who can educate and convert patients Results-driven mindset (you care about performance metrics) Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Coachable and willing to follow proven systems Passion for health, fitness, and personal development Leadership mindset with long-term growth goals Key Responsibilities Perform patient exams, evaluations, and treatment plans Take and interpret X-rays Deliver clear, confident ROFs (Report of Findings) Perform spinal and extremity adjustments Conduct re-exams and track patient progress Maintain accurate SOAP notes and documentation Work with personal injury cases and attorneys Participate in clinic marketing events and growth initiatives Ensure strong patient compliance and retention Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses and pay increases Unlimited earning potential tied to production Clear pathway to: Profit sharing Leadership role Clinic ownership opportunity If you perform, you WILL be rewarded.
