$100,000 (Salary Negotiation based on Experience) Job Description & Requirements We are a high-volume, upper cervical chiropractic clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $100,000 (negotiable based on experience), along with potential bonus opportunities for doctors who excel in patient communication and closing care plans. Our schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, totaling approximately 25 patient hours per week. Expected patient volume ranges from 100 to 175 visits weekly, with our doctors typically spending 1 to 3 minutes per patient.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations Taking and reviewing X-rays Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations Providing upper cervical chiropractic adjustments (training provided) Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care Educating patients on wellness lifestyle practices We operate under a shared-patient model and specialize exclusively in upper cervical care. Our experienced team provides full training in AHKC technique, making this an excellent opportunity if you're looking to specialize and build expertise in this focused approach. We're looking for a high-energy, personable chiropractor who is confident in patient communication and motivated to grow in patient education, sales, and closing care plans. Bonus opportunities are tied to performance in these areas. Candidates must hold (or be eligible for) an Arizona chiropractic license. Out-of-state candidates are welcome to apply.
