Patients come to Verve for nervous system care, women's wellness, and long-term health support. About the Role We are hiring an Associate Chiropractor for our Costa Mesa clinic. This location has an established, family-focused patient base and a strong team culture. This role is ideal for a chiropractor who wants to grow clinically and professionally within a wellness-focused, integrated model. A Clinic Director growth path is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities Provide chiropractic care for patients of all ages, from infants to adults Treat a wide range of cases including pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and athletes Deliver clear Reports of Findings and care plans Administer shockwave therapy for soft tissue and chronic conditions Support expanded services such as IV therapy, peptides, and weight loss Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a positive clinic culture Qualifications Active California DC license or ability to obtain before start One to two or more years of clinical experience preferred Strong, diversified adjusting skills across multiple populations Confident communicator who can present care plans effectively Relationship-driven and patient-focused Growth-oriented and team-minded Preferred but not required: pediatric or pregnancy experience, soft tissue or shockwave training, nutrition or functional medicine background Compensation and Benefits $70,000 to $85,000 base salary depending on experience Uncapped bonus structure with strong earning potential Two weeks paid time off Health benefits Malpractice insurance covered California license renewal covered CEU reimbursement Clear path to Clinic Director growth Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the clinical day Ability to perform repetitive manual adjustments and apply controlled force using hands, arms, and body mechanics Ability to bend, twist, reach, and maintain sustained postures during patient care Ability to lift and position patients or equipment up to 25 pounds as needed Manual dexterity sufficient to perform precise chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue techniques Visual and auditory ability to assess patient condition and communicate effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment with a consistent patient flow How to Apply Submit your resume Via Indeed or email resume to Verve Wellness Club is an equal opportunity employer. #UNIC1
